      *** Please Note NO PARTICIPANTS are allowed to practice without a physical dated between January                 1st 2008 to August 1st, 2008.  Pop Warner Physicals can be done on a walk-in basis at Express Care                 Located inside the ShopRite Store on Chambersbridge Road in Bricktown. NO APPOINTMENT                       Remember to tell them Pop Warner Physical the cost is reduced to $25.00.     

**** FOR THE 2008 SEASON NO PARTICIPANT WILL GET ANY EQUIPMENT/UNIFORM IF                            THERE IS AN UNPAID BALANCE DUE ON A PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT. ****
